What is a DAS?
DAS (Decentralized Autonomous Society) is a decentralized
autonomous organization. DAS members can make decisions by
voting and actively participate in activities. The DAS
independently determines and changes the rules according to
which it exists and which technologies it uses for this purpose.

Decisions are made by a vote of the participants, ensuring a broad
consensus and a variety of opinions. We actively welcome the
participation of community members in all its affairs. Each participant
has the right to express their opinion and take an active part in the
development of the project.
Network reliability.
We strive to ensure the reliability and availability of our network. We
are developing mechanisms for distributed data storage and redundancy to

Basic concepts
3.1. The rank of an ELibria member.
3.1.1. Concepts
Rank is an indicator of a participant's level of involvement in ELibria,
it reflects the importance of their contribution and responsibility at
the same time.
An increase in rank occurs as a result of a participant completing
certain tasks important to the project and society, or due to a
significant contribution to the development of ELibria. It takes place
by voting by participants of a higher rank who accept the user, or by
participants forming any higher rank.
A rank reduction is possible as a result of a voluntary transfer of a
participant or a vote for it by participants of the rank as a result of
actions (or refusal of actions) that correspond to participants of this
rank. It can be temporary or permanent.
Rank gives you opportunities:
- access to certain forum threads
- determines the possible number of Roles in the
project
- the right to vote on issues of the appropriate rank
- the right to accept and perform tasks
- the right to assign tasks to participants of a lower
rank
- the level of priority in using the project's
capabilities
- the right to receive remuneration as a result of the
project's activities

privacy. This may include security audits, the development of
encryption mechanisms and privacy protocols.
- Develop Blockchain-based solutions and organize

The participant chooses this role if he can:
- Actively and reasonably make suggestions and give
feedback, help in spreading information about the project.
- Participate in the creation and support of an
ecosystem around the DAS. This may include partnerships with other
projects, the development of incentive and reward programs, and the
promotion of user community development.
- Be responsible for attracting and recruiting new
talent in the DAS, as well as for coordinating the recruitment and
development process.
- Be responsible for managing and developing the DAS
member community, including organizing events, communicating with
participants, and managing social media.
- To help new participants, explain the basics of the
DAS, the rules, explain the general principles and communicate with
newcomers.
Usually this role is chosen by: sales specialists, advertising
specialists, sociable and communicative people, bloggers and opinion
leaders, HR specialists.
3. The analyst.
The participant chooses this role if he can:
- Be responsible for analyzing financial data and
developing financial management strategies for the DAS, including
budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
- Explore markets, analyze trends and user needs to
help the DAS make strategic development and positioning decisions.
- To study and analyze various blockchain technologies
and their applications in the context of the DAS to help make
decisions about the optimal use of technologies.
- Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and
interpreting data to make informed decisions, as well as to identify
and measure key performance indicators of the DAS.
This role is usually chosen by financiers, economists, visionaries, and

4. Creative
The participant chooses this role if he can:
- Create creatives and new images, embody them in

perception.

of the world.

psychologists, people of self-knowledge and other creative professions.
5. The representative.
The participant chooses this role if he can:
- To be a representative of the project in the region,

- Organize the 1Box assembly center, realize its
implementation and support for user devices.
- Resolve issues related to compliance with legal
norms and regulatory requirements in a particular region or country.

6. The creator of the project (the Implementer).
The participant chooses this role if he can:
- Be responsible for creating and maintaining a
positive image of the DAS in society, including communication with
the media, writing press releases and organizing public events.
- Be responsible for the positioning and promotion of
the project. Develop marketing strategies, conduct market and
competitor research, and interact with potential users and
investors.
- Manage DAS funds, financial flows, conduct audits,
prepare and submit financial reports, prepare final justifications
for spending funds, and draw up budgets.
- Manage technical specialists, select a team, set
tasks, communicate, and ensure timely and high-quality work.
- Ensure the overall design of the DAS, manage
processes, develop the project, ensure the achievement of specific
development goals according to the RoadMap.
This role is usually chosen by: successful executives, creators of
successful startups, experts in the field of WEB3, HR, blockchain
technologies, and the launch and promotion of new products in the
markets.
After registering in DAS, you will have access to advanced information
about the Community and the rules of interaction within it. You will
be able to understand everything in a simple and accessible format
in the process of completing tasks (quests), communicating and
learning information.
