This Privacy Policy describes how ELibria collects, uses and discloses the data and information, and what rights and choices you have with respect to the data and information you share with us.
When we refer to ELibria, we or us, we mean WWG SIA a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Latvia, with registration number 4003842022, and legal address in Krasta iela 25-4, Riga, LV-1050. In the context of this Privacy Policy, ELibria acts as a controller and may also act as a processor, in accordance with Section 5.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. “Applicable Law” shall mean the laws of the Republic of Latvia as may be amended, modified, supplemented and in effect from time to time.

2. COLLECTION AND PURPOSE
2.1 Data we collect

9. STORAGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
