These ELibria Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”, the “Terms” or “Agreement”) along with any service conditions constitute a legal, binding, public electronic agreement between you (hereinafter the “You” or “Customer”) and SIA „WWG” Reg. Nr.: 40003842022 Riga, Krasta iela 25-4, LV-1050 (hereinafter “Company“, “ELibria“, “We” or “Us“). These Terms of Use apply to the website – https://elibria.io/ (“Website”), products and services provided by ELibtia and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Website. By clicking ‘Yes, I have read and agree to the terms, rules and conditions‘, ‘Order’, visiting and using the Website, purchasing any Products and Services through it, or otherwise indicating your acceptance electronically, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not click ‘Yes, I have read and agree to the terms, rules and conditions’ or ‘Order’, and stop using the Website immediately. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our sole discretion, as outlined in Section 16.

PART I
GENERAL TERMS OF USE
- DEFINITIONS
- “Agreement” shall mean this Terms of Use which is a legally binding agreement between You and Us.
- “Applicable Law” shall mean the laws of the Republic of Latvia as may be amended, modified, supplemented and in effect from time to time.
- “Affiliate” shall mean any legal entity that is related to ELibria by one owning shares of the other, by common ownership, or by other means of control, including but not limited to any parent company and subsidiary. This term also includes the interaction of legal entities on a partnership and contractual basis.
- “Customer” shall mean a person that meets the requirements set out in Section 3 and legally uses the Website, Services and Products provided by the ELibria.
- “Customer Account” shall mean a set of protected pages created as a result of Customer registration, with the help of which Customer has the ability to use the Website.
- “Decentralized Autonomous Society ELibria” or “DAS ELibria” shall mean a decentralized autonomous community, which is formed, managed and developed by DAS ELibria Members.
- “DAS ELibria Member” or “Member” shall mean an individual or entity that has registered on the ELibria Website and acquired a Membership.
- “Membership” refers to a formal association with ELibria, established through registration on the ELibria platform and the purchase of a designated membership plan. This association grants the member specific rights, access, and privileges within the ELibria ecosystem, depending on the category of membership acquired.
- “Prohibited Jurisdiction” shall mean the jurisdictions not acceptable by ELibria, as Сustomers, persons or entitled from the following countries and territories: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Crimea (region of Ukraine), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk (region of Ukraine), Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Gabon, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk (region of Ukraine), Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea (DPRK), Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Ossetia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Transnistria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. In addition, due to regulatory purposes, the Company does not currently serve customers in Japan and the United States.

- “Services and Products” refer to the offerings provided by ELibria through its Website, encompassing a range of digital, physical, and virtual goods and services available for purchase or access by Members. These offerings are designed to fulfill various needs and interests within the ELibria community, catering to different preferences and requirements. Detailed descriptions of Services and Products located at Section 7.
- “Funds” shall mean the amount of Fiat Money and/or Virtual Assets used by User during using the Elibria’s Services.
- “Fiat Money” shall mean government-issued currency that is designated as a legal tender in its country of issuance on the legislative level.
- “Virtual Assets” shall mean decentralized peer-to-peer digital asset or digital currency, that is not legal tender, is not securities, e-money, or money under the Applicable Law, and can be transferred, traded and used for payments and exchange purposes.
- “ELbit Token” or “Token” is a utility token issued by ELibria to its Customers as a reward for purchasing Products and Services on the ELibria Website. These tokens hold value within the ELibria ecosystem and can be used to access and pay for various Products and Services offered by the Company.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
The use of the word “including” in these Terms to refer to specific examples will be construed to mean “including but not limited to” and will not be construed to mean that the examples given are an exclusive list of the topics covered.
- TERMS OF USE STATUS AND DAS ELIBRIA
By using the Company’s Services and Products in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms, as well as those in the Privacy and Cookies Policies.
The following shall be deemed to be acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
- Clickwrap Agreements: You may be presented with a prompt requiring you to click a button labeled “I Agree”, “Yes, I have read and agree to the terms, rules and conditions” or check a box indicating your acceptance of these Terms. This action represents your explicit consent to be bound by the Terms herein, and you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions.
- Continued Use: By continuing to access or use the Service and Products after the Terms of Use have been posted or updated, you indicate your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use for any updates or changes, which will be clearly indicated by a revised effective date at the top of the document.
- Registration: When you complete the registration process by filling out the required form and providing necessary information, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Visiting and Using the Website: By visiting and using our Website, you accept these Terms. Your use of the Website signifies your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and any specific terms outlined on the Website.
- Implicit Agreement: Your participation in or engagement with any interactive features of the Service and Products, such as forums, chat rooms, or customer support channels, implies your acceptance of these Terms. Any form of communication or interaction with our Service indicates your consent to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in these Terms.
- Purchasing or Subscribing: By purchasing Products and Services or subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for any updates.
In case of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translations, the English version will take precedence.
Before registering, you should get acquainted with these rules of the DAS ELibria organization, the order of activities of the DAS ELibria as a whole and you, as a member, as set out in these Terms.
By registering, you become a member of DAS ELibria, you continue to act in this capacity and you agree to all the rules of the organization of DAS ELibria and the operating procedures of the DAS ELibria as a whole and of you as a member, as set out in these Terms
Additional rules and conditions as for DAS Elibria set forth in these Terms in PART II.
- CUSTOMER`S ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To access and use Our Services and Products, Customers must register at the Website and create a Customer Account. For creating a Customer Account, Customer must meet, fully comply with and fulfill the following criteria:
- must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in Customer`s local jurisdiction;
- must have the legal authority to agree to and comply with these Terms of Use;
- must not have been previously suspended or removed from our Website and Services & Products;
- for purchasing and using Token Customer must not be subject to economic or trade sanctions imposed or enforced by any democratic governmental body or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including a list maintained by the UN and the EU). And must not be a resident or citizen of any region restricted by economic sanctions from entities such as the USA, EU, FATF, OFAC, etc., nor live in any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- must not breach any international, state, or local laws or regulations, including those related to taxation;
- must communicate with our staff and contractors in a respectful manner, free from defamation, libel, harm, hate, harassment, bullying, threats, racial or ethnic offense, or abuse;
- must not bypass, disable, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with any security features of our Services and Products;
- must be responsible for keeping Customer Account credentials secure and must not share your login information with others;
- must adhere to these Terms of Use and any additional terms or rules set by ELibria.
If you fail to meet or cease to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, the Company reserves the right to deny Services and Products to You.
- CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
By accessing or using the Website, our Products and Services, you confirm, warrant, and agree to the following terms:
- You will maintain the security of your Customer credentials and accept all risks and responsibilities associated with unauthorized access to your Customer Account and any consequent loss or damage.
- You have not been previously banned from using our Products and Services.
- You will not create more than one Customer Account or set up an account on behalf of another person without the explicit consent of the Company.
- You will not use your Customer Account or the Products and Services for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, nor will you violate any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines.
- You will avoid any actions that could harm, disable, overload, or disrupt the Products and Services or interfere with other Customers’ ability to use the Products and Services.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration of Customer Account.
- If you fail to adhere to or no longer meet these warranties, the Company reserves the right to deny you access to the Products and Services.
- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To purchase our Products and use our Services, Customers must create a Customer Account by registering on our Website. Customers are permitted to have only one CUstomer Account; attempts to create multiple accounts will result in suspension or closure of all accounts involved.
To register, fill out and submit the registration form on our Website. Mandatory information required includes:
- A valid email address.
- Username.
- Name.
- Password.
- Country.
Customers` email addresses must be genuine and valid. Temporary email services are not allowed. We will use Customers` email to contact you and send important updates, so providing a valid address is crucial.
Customers` username will be visible to other Customers. It must adhere to standards of decency. If we find it offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to reject, change, or remove it, and potentially suspend or close such Customer Account.
When upgrading a Customer Account, you can upload a photo.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your registration data and should not share it with anyone. We are not liable for any misuse of your Customer Account due to disclosure of your registration data.
By creating an account and using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your registration data and any other information you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse Customer Account registration or to close your Customer Account at our discretion. However, if Customer Account closure is not due to a violation of these Terms, all funds in your account will be returned and all contractual obligations will be fulfilled.
- ELBIT TOKEN
For every purchase of a Product or Service on our Website, consumers will receive ELbit Tokens (hereinafter – “Tokens”). These Tokens will be awarded in an amount equivalent to the cost of the purchased Memberships, Service or/ and Product. This means that the more you spend, the more ELbit Tokens you will accumulate.
ELbit Tokens are utility tokens designed to provide access to the Company’s Products and Services. They hold value within our ecosystem and can be used to make future purchases or gain access to special features on our Website and into DAS ELibria.
Holders of Tokens may be eligible for various advantages and additional Products and Services in the future. These benefits could include, but are not limited to, discounts, exclusive access to new offerings, and participation in special events or promotions.
ELbit Tokens are non-transferable outside of our platform and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or other cryptocurrencies as for now.
If, in the future, the Token is to be exchanged for another virtual asset, the Customer will have to fulfill the following:
- undergo verification process (e.g. KYC procedure and verification);
- give confirmation that Customers are not a resident of Prohibited Jurisdictions.
If the Customer does not fulfill at least one of the conditions mentioned above, the Customer can request a refoundation process.
Customers are entitled to a refund to a bank account opened in the European Economic Area on the name of the Сustomer. Refunds are provided solely upon the Customer’s request and are not processed automatically. The value of each refund is handled by ELibria on a case-by-case basis. When estimating the amount of the refund, the Products and Services already delivered and other circumstances that may also affect the amount of the refund are taken into account.
The accumulation and redemption of ELbit Tokens are subject to our terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically.
ELibria reserves the right to modify the value, usage, and benefits associated with ELbit Tokens at any time.
By participating in our rewards program and accepting ELbit Tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this section.
- SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
By registering on our Website, Customers can purchase and access the Services and Products provided by ELibria. The following procedure is outlined for this purpose:
- Acquisition of Membership: Customers must first purchase a Membership to gain certain rights to the Products and Services, according to the category of Membership.
- Purchase of Services and Products: Only after purchasing a Membership can Customers buy Services and Products.
There are several categories of Memberships available:
- Observer
- Early Bird
- Beta Tester
- Partner
- Representative
- ELbit holder
Each Membership category offers a different level of access to the ELibria Product, known as “1Box” – device that provides private internet usage (hereinafter the “1Box”), which is currently under development.
Membership categories vary in cost, as determined by ELibria on the Website, and each provides access to different Services and Products. The order of conducting payment for Memberships described at Section 8 of these Terms.The specific benefits and access rights for each category are distributed as follows:
Early Bird has the following access: View news updates; Access blog content Participate in groups, some forums, and quests; Receive the 1Box release according to the ELibria`s roadmap.
Beta Tester has the following access: View news updates; Access blog content; Participate in groups, some forums, and quests; Access technical support and other services designed for beta testers; Receive the 1Box release according to the ELibria`s roadmap; Receive the beta version of the 1Box within 6 weeks after ordering.
Partner has the following access: View news updates; Access blog content; Participate in groups, some forums, and quests; Access technical support and other services designed for beta testers; Access partner documentation; Receive the the 1Box release according to the ELibria`s roadmap; Receive the beta version of the 1Box within 6 weeks after ordering.
Representative has the following access: View news updates; Access blog content; Participate in groups, some forums, and quests; Access technical support and other services designed for beta testers; Access representative documentation and materials; Join the general chat with other representatives; Receive the 1Box release according to the ELibria`s roadmap; Receive the beta version of the 1Box within 6 weeks after ordering.
Elbit holder (investor) has the following access: View news updates; Access blog content; Participate in some forums and quests; Access extended investment documentation; Join the investor group; Receive the 1Box release according to the ELibria`s roadmap.
Customers who have purchased a Membership considered as DAS ELibria Members.
After purchasing a Membership, each Customer will gain access to the following:
- Store Access: Members can order additional beta versions, pre-order upcoming releases, and purchase Tokens during the pre-sale. These Tokens will be reflected in their Customer Account on our Website.
- Custom and Individual Orders: DAS ELibria Members can place custom and individual orders with our developers for IT, cybersecurity, and privacy solutions using DAS ELibria ecosystems and networking.
On the Website, DAS ELibria Member can:
- Stay Informed and Communicate Privately: Keep up with the development process and engage in private discussions about it.
- Access Non-Mainstream Privacy and Cybersecurity Services: Receive unique services focused on privacy and cybersecurity from DAS ELibria developers.
- Order Custom IT Solutions: Request custom solutions or services for their IT projects.
- Pre-Order and Receive 1Box Early: Be among the first to receive 1Box by pre-ordering it.
- Use Beta Versions Now: Start using the beta version immediately.
- Understand the Direction and Find Their Place: Gain early insight into the project’s direction and identify their role in the movement.
- PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Payments for Services and Products are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a payment and utilizing the services of this payment processor, you agree to abide by its terms, policies, and other related documents. The payment processor is independent of ELibria and is only involved to fulfill our agreement to provide payment processing services.
Payments for services are accepted in fiat currency, specifically in Euros. We may also offer alternative payment options, including virtual assets such as cryptocurrencies. Please note that the availability of these options may vary based on your location and the specifics of the transaction.
A payment will be considered successfully received by ELibria once it has been credited to ELibria’s designated account. Until the payment is confirmed, access to the purchased Services and Products may be restricted.
We take the security of your transactions seriously. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels to ensure your payment information is protected. However, ELibria is not responsible for any breaches of security or unauthorized access caused by the third-party payment processor.
By making a payment through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by terms and policies of the third-party payment processor.
- TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
If you violate these Terms or any other applicable rules, policies, or guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Customer Account, freeze any funds within the account, and/or pursue legal action against you.
Termination results in the permanent closure of your Customer Account due to major breaches of the Terms of Use or other relevant rules, policies, or guidelines. Upon termination, you lose the right to withdraw any remaining funds in your account.
Suspension, also known as a freeze, involves temporarily restricting your Customer Account due to minor violations of the Terms of Use or other relevant rules, policies, guidelines, or suspicious activity pending further investigation. During suspension, you generally cannot conduct transactions, though you may retain the right to withdraw funds after resolving any concerns raised by the Website administrations. Suspension can last up to 60 calendar days, with a possible extension of an additional 30 days. If the Websites’s administrators’ concerns are validated, your account may be terminated.
For unintentional or less serious violations, first-time offenders may receive a warning and have their account suspended. A “Warning” is a notification to a Customer Account detailing the violated terms and advising you to cease such behavior. Repeated infractions will be considered deliberate and may lead to the immediate termination of Customer Account and access to the Website and its Products and Services.
In cases of termination or suspension, you will be notified via email or through the Website’s internal messaging system. Severe breaches, such as fraud, anti-money laundering violations, or prohibited transactions, may result in immediate termination or suspension without prior notice.
If your Customer Account is suspended, you can contest the decision by providing evidence or explanations to address our concerns. We reserve the right to reassess and possibly reverse the suspension based on the information you provide.
Following termination or suspension, Users are prohibited from creating new accounts on the Website using the same or different credentials.
- FEES AND TAXES
The Company charges fees for its Products and Services according to the procedures and conditions outlined in these Terms. All current rates and tariffs are displayed on the Website. By using our Services and purchasing our Products, you agree to the fees as listed at the time of your purchase.
The Company reserves the right to update or change fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase of Services and Products, including but not limited to VAT, sales tax, or any other applicable charges. These may be added to the total amount at checkout, depending on your location and the nature of the transaction.
Due to the nature of our Services and Products, refunds are not possible. This is in place for several reasons, including but not limited to the following:
- Issuance of Tokens. Upon purchasing our Products and Services, Consumers receive ELibria Tokens. These Tokens are utility tokens that hold value within our ecosystem and can be used to access various Products and Services. Once issued, tokens cannot be revoked or returned, making it impractical to process refunds.
- Immediate Access to Services. DAS ELibria Members gain immediate access to various benefits, including beta versions, pre-orders, and exclusive content. This instant access to digital services and content renders the return process unfeasible.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entirety of the intellectual property rights associated with the Website, mobile application, Services and Products, encompassing software, content, graphical designs, layouts, logos, trademarks, service marks, patents, and technologies, exclusively belong to ELibria, its affiliates, or its licensors. These rights are safeguarded by local, national, and international laws and regulations governing intellectual property. Any unauthorized utilization, reproduction, or dissemination of these materials is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal repercussions.
The Company extends to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and utilize the Services and Products for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in adherence to these Terms. This license does not encompass any entitlements to:
- alter, adapt, derive works from, or reverse engineer any portion of the Website;
- remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notifications exhibited on or within the Website;
- utilize the Services and Products for any purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
The Customer commits not to partake in, facilitate, or advance any actions that infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of the Company, its licensors, or any third party. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, the unauthorized replication, dissemination, reverse engineering, or utilization of any intellectual property encountered on or within the Website.
ELibria retains the prerogative to amend, substitute, or eliminate any content or Services and Products within the Website at any given time, for any reason, which includes concerns regarding infringements upon intellectual property rights.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELibria along with its Affiliates, disclaims all liability, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory. Furthermore, we disclaim all types of losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (such as loss of business, data, or profits) related to or arising from access to or use of the Website and/or Services and Products, even if ELibria have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall the liability of ELibria or any of the Affiliates exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR.
You agree that Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exceptional damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Services and Products or the Website;
- Unauthorized access to or alterations of your data;
- Statements or conduct of any third party related to the use of the Services and Products or the Website; or
- Any other matters related to the Services and Products or the Website.
Some countries or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, our liability and the liability of our affiliates will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, as well as its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, network service providers, and business partners, along with their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and other representatives, from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and suits. You will be responsible for any related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and other dispute resolution costs) incurred by the Company, directly or indirectly.
- FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unforeseen events or causes beyond our influence, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, actions by governmental authorities, fires, floods, accidents, labor strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Latvia and shall be interpreted as a public contract executed under Latvian law in all respects.
In the event of any disputes arising from the provisions herein, the parties will endeavor to resolve them through negotiations.
If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiations within 30 (thirty) calendar days, any dispute arising from or related to the Agreement shall be submitted to and ultimately resolved in accordance with the Laws of Latvia, without regard to choice-of-law principles.
This decision shall be conclusive and binding upon both Parties and may be utilized or presented for enforcement in any court with the appropriate jurisdiction; an application for an enforcement order may be submitted to such competent court if necessary.
- MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
We frequently review and update these Terms, so we advise you to review them regularly. Any revisions will be accessible on the Website. Moreover, we may choose to notify you of significant changes via email under certain circumstances.
BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES OF PURCHASING THE PRODUCTS AFTER ANY REVISIONS TO THESE TERMS COME INTO EFFECT, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES. IF ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR SOLE RECOURSE IS TO CEASE ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND USING THE SERVICES.

DAS ELIBRIA
- ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS
- “Quest” shall mean an individual task formulated and set by DAS ELibria according to its rules. Members perform these tasks to contribute to the community and are awarded Experience Points upon successful completion.
- “Experience Point “ shall mean a measure of a Member’s contribution and usefulness to DAS ELibria. Members earn Experience Points by completing Quests. The accumulation of Experience Points leads to an increase in a Member’s Level and can be used to increase their Rank.
- “Rank” shall mean a status that reflects the importance of a Member’s contributions and their responsibilities within DAS ELibria. Ranks are influenced by the number of Experience Points a Member has and are governed by the rules of DAS ELibria. Higher Ranks typically grant more privileges and responsibilities.
- “Role”shall mean a specific capacity or function that a Member can choose to perform within DAS ELibria. Members can select from existing Roles and may change their Roles at will. The number of Roles a Member can have simultaneously is determined by their Rank and DAS ELibria’s internal rules.

At ELibria, we are dedicated to fostering a community-driven ecosystem that embodies principles of autonomy, decentralization, transparency, and innovation. Our commitment to these values is reflected in the Services and Products we offer, which are designed to empower individuals and promote a decentralized and private internet experience.
Autonomy and decentralization. DAS ELibria is committed to building an infrastructure that is based on the principles of distributed data storage and resource management, as well as equal and private access to the Internet. The autonomy of DAS ELibriais a key principle we uphold.
Transparency and openness. We believe that data openness (optensource) and decision transparency are at the core of our effectiveness. All Customers have the right to access information and participate in decision-making processes. We recognize everyone’s right to privacy and freedom on the Internet. Our goal is to enable private use of the internet without unnecessary censorship and surveillance.
Data Privacy. We aim to create a decentralized WEB3 network that allows Customers to control their data and keep it secure. We support the principles of encryption and data privacy.
Collective governance and ownership. We recognize the power of collective intelligence and governance! Decisions are made by voting Members, ensuring broad consensus and diversity of opinion. We actively encourage the participation of community Members in all its affairs. Every member has the right to voice their opinion and take an active part in the development of the project.
Network uptime. We strive to ensure the reliability and availability of our network. We develop mechanisms for distributed storage and redundancy to prevent a single point of failure. In our quest for continuous improvement, we actively investigate new technologies and methods to improve the reliability of our systems.
Tokenization and rewards, motivation. We strive to ensure economic fairness in our network. We implement tokenization to incentivize activity and participation. Tokens issued by DAS ELibria provide a measure of contribution and support our ecosystem, including rewards, benefit sharing, and voting participation.
Education and development of participants. We recognize the importance of education and awareness. We aim to provide educational and informational materials to help people understand the benefits of a decentralized and private internet.
Innovation and development. We are willing to collaborate with other projects and communities that share our values and goals to work together to create a freer and more decentralized Internet. Our openness to new ideas and willingness to adapt allows us to respond effectively to the changing environment.
Collective Rights and Responsibilities. Everything that is created by DAS ELibria belongs to all its members, taking into account the degree of their contribution to the activity of the Company. The order of use and disposal of everything created is determined by the DAS Elibria Members themselves by voting and they are jointly and severally responsible for these decisions and their consequences.
- BASIC RULES AND OPERATING PROCEDURES OF DAS ELIBRIA
DAS ELibria is a voluntary community of people united on a free basis and acting together for the purposes of establishing DAS ELibria and any others of their own free will.
DAS Elibria is NOT a commercial organization and does not pursue profit making as its main goal. DAS ELibria is not a type of any organization.
The establishment and amendment of the rules and procedures of the DAS ELibria is done by voting of the Members. The voting procedure, who has the right to vote, is also determined by DAS ELibria. The participant is obliged to familiarize himself with this information after registration in DAS ELibria.
DAS ELibria Members can perform individual tasks (Quests), which are formulated and set by the DAS ELibria itself according to the rules defined by it. Participants are awarded “Experience Points” for successful completion of these Quests.
Experience Points are the main indicator of a Member’s contribution (usefulness) to the DAS ELibria. As the number of Experience Points increases, the Member`s Level increases. The Customer can use his/her Experience Points to increase his/her Rank.
Everything that is created in DAS Elibria or obtained as a result of the activity belongs to the DAS ELibtia itself. DAS has the right to determine what part and in what order can be transferred to its Members in exchange for their Experience Points. The copyright of all the results of the activity also belongs to the whole DAS ELibria and cannot be transferred to anyone individually or to any group of DAS ELibria Members.
All Ьembers have Ranks, which reflect the importance of their contributions (benefits) to DAS Elibria and, at the same time, their responsibilities. The rules for gaining, increasing and decreasing Ranks are determined by the DAS ELibria itself.
Participants can choose their Roles from the existing Roles in the DAS ELibria, in which capacity they can participate in the DAS ELibria. Members can change their Roles in the DAS ELibria at will. The number of Roles a participant can have at the same time is determined by his/her Rank and the internal rules of the DAS ELibria.
Decision making is carried out by DAS ELibria Members by voting, taking into account their rights. Voting rights are granted to DAS ELibria Members based on their Experience Points and Ranks in accordance with the rules developed and approved by the DAS ELibria itself. Each new Member unconditionally agrees to these rules.
Under no circumstances can the management of DAS ELibria be centralized. Decisions in the DAS ELibria on any matter may be taken only by vote of its Members, in a manner determined by the DAS Elibria itself, but not less than 51% of the Members of the total number of active DAS ELibria Members with voting rights.
DAS Elibria may under no circumstances be reorganized into other forms of organizations. At the same time, the Community may decide by vote to establish any organization, in any country of the World, whose activities will be aimed at achieving goals that are expedient or beneficial for DAS ELibria.
DAS Elibria may only be dissolved by unanimous vote of all DAS ELibria Members entitled to vote, in a manner and with consequences determined by them. DAS Elibria may under no circumstances be transferred, sold, alienated, either in its entirety or in respect of individual technologies created by it to any third parties and organizations.
- RULES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN DAS MEMBERS
Every DAS ELibria Member has the right to privacy and anonymity. Any information about himself/herself he/she may disclose only voluntarily.
All DAS ELibria Members should treat each other with respect, regardless of their views, religions, cultures and citizenship. Each Member must remember that we are here to create, not to destroy or oppose.
Each DAS ELibria participant agrees that any majority decision, determined by a vote of the voting participants, is binding on him/her and all DAS ELibria Members, even if his/her personal opinion differs on certain issues.
In case this is not the case, he undertakes to terminate his Membership in DAS ELibria independently and voluntarily.
Any information obtained by a Member in the course of communication with other members of the DAS ELibria, while performing tasks (quests) or participating in other DAS ELibria activities may under no circumstances:
- may not be used by him/her against DAS ELibria or its Members;
- must not be transferred to third parties or any organizations for use against DAS ELibria or its Members may not be accumulated, processed and structured by software without the consent of DAS ELibria.
If a DAS ELibria Member receives information that something or someone can harm DAS ELibria, an individual Member or the activities of the community as a whole – he is obliged to immediately inform DAS ELibria about it.
The activities of DAS ELibria Members, their actions and decisions should be aimed at achieving the goals of the DAS ELibria and benefit to DAS ELibria to the extent that the participant can and wants to contribute to the development of the DAS ELibria.
Each Member agrees that his/her activities and interaction with DAS ELibria, history of communication, tasks (quests), experience points, etc. are available for review by other Members of the DAS ELibria.
The DAS ELibria Member agrees that he/she accepts full responsibility for his/her decisions and activities in DAS ELibria and realizes that all opportunities, assets and technologies are also the result of responsible activity
Each DAS ELibria Member acknowledges agreement to these rules for interaction within the DAS ELibria.
