TERMS, RULES and CONDITIONS
DAS Elibria is a decentralized autonomous community. The community members themselves form it, manage it, ensure its activity and development.
Before registering, you should get acquainted with these rules of DAS Elibria organization, the order of activities of the Community as a whole and you, as a member, as set out in this document.
By registering, you become a member of DAS Elibria, you continue to act in this capacity and you agree to all the rules of the organization of DAS Elibria and the operating procedures of the Community as a whole and of you as a member, as set out in this document.
Objectives of DAS Elibria’s establishment and activities
1. Autonomy and decentralization.
Our community is committed to building an infrastructure that is based on the principles of distributed data storage and resource management, as well as equal and private access to the Internet. The autonomy of our organization is a key principle we uphold.
We believe in the power of decentralization and freedom!
2. Transparency and openness.
We believe that data openness (optensource) and decision transparency are at the core of our effectiveness. All participants have the right to access information and participate in decision-making processes.
We recognize everyone’s right to privacy and freedom on the Internet. Our goal is to enable private use of the internet without unnecessary censorship and surveillance.
3. Data Privacy.
We aim to create a decentralized WEB3 network that allows users to control their data and keep it secure. We support the principles of encryption and data privacy.
4. Collective governance and ownership.
We recognize the power of collective intelligence and governance! Decisions are made by voting members, ensuring broad consensus and diversity of opinion. We actively encourage the participation of community members in all its affairs. Every member has the right to voice their opinion and take an active part in the development of the project.
5. Network uptime.
We strive to ensure the reliability and availability of our network. We develop mechanisms for distributed storage and redundancy to prevent a single point of failure. In our quest for continuous improvement, we actively investigate new technologies and methods to improve the reliability of our systems.
6. Tokenization and rewards, motivation.
We strive to ensure economic fairness in our network. We implement tokenization to incentivize activity and participation. Tokens issued by DAS provide a measure of contribution and support our ecosystem, including rewards, benefit sharing, and voting participation.
7. Education and development of participants.
We recognize the importance of education and awareness. We aim to provide educational and informational materials to help people understand the benefits of a decentralized and private internet.
8. Innovation and development.
We are willing to collaborate with other projects and communities that share our values and goals to work together to create a freer and more decentralized Internet. Our openness to new ideas and willingness to adapt allows us to respond effectively to the changing environment.
9. Collective Rights and Responsibilities.
Everything that is created by DAS belongs to all its members, taking into account the degree of their contribution to the activity of the Company. The order of use and disposal of everything created is determined by the DAS members themselves by voting and they are jointly and severally responsible for these decisions and their consequences.
Basic rules and operating procedures of DAS Elibria
- DAS is a voluntary community of people united on a free basis and acting together for the purposes of establishing DAS and any others of their own free will.
- DAS is NOT a commercial organization and does not pursue profit making as its main goal. DAS is not a type of any organization.
- The establishment and amendment of the rules and procedures of the society is done by voting of the members of the society. The voting procedure, who has the right to vote, is also determined by DAS. The participant is obliged to familiarize himself with this information after registration in DAS.
- Participants can perform individual tasks (quests), which are formulated and set by the community itself according to the rules defined by it. Participants are awarded “experience points” for successful completion of these tasks (quests).
- “Experience Points” are the main indicator of a member’s contribution (usefulness) to the society. As the number of Experience Points increases, the User’s Level increases. The User can use his/her Experience Points to increase his/her Rank.
- Everything that is created in DAS Elibria or obtained as a result of the activity belongs to the Community itself. DAS has the right to determine what part and in what order can be transferred to its members in exchange for their “experience points”. The copyright of all the results of the activity also belongs to the whole Community and cannot be transferred to anyone individually or to any group of DAS participants.
- All members have Ranks, which reflect the importance of their contributions to DAS Elibria (benefits) and, at the same time, their responsibilities. The rules for gaining, increasing and decreasing ranks are determined by the community itself.
- Participants can choose their Roles from the existing Roles in the DAS, in which capacity they can participate in the Community. Participants can change their Roles in the DAS at will. The number of Roles a participant can have at the same time is determined by his/her Rank and the internal rules of the Community.
- Decision making is carried out by DAS participants by voting, taking into account their rights. Voting rights are granted to DAS participants based on their “Experience Points” and “Ranks” in accordance with the rules developed and approved by the Community itself. Each new participant unconditionally agrees to these rules.
- Under no circumstances can the management of DAS be centralized. Decisions in the DAS on any matter may be taken only by vote of its members, in a manner determined by the Community itself, but not less than 51% of the participants of the total number of active DAS members with voting rights.
- DAS Elibria may under no circumstances be reorganized into other forms of organizations. At the same time, the Community may decide by vote to establish any organization, in any country of the World, whose activities will be aimed at achieving goals that are expedient or beneficial for DAS.
- DAS Elibria may only be dissolved by unanimous vote of all Community members entitled to vote, in a manner and with consequences determined by them. DAS Elibria may under no circumstances be transferred, sold, alienated, either in its entirety or in respect of individual technologies created by it to any third parties and organizations.
Rules of interaction between DAS participants
Every DAS member has the right to privacy and anonymity. Any information about himself/herself he/she may disclose only voluntarily.

- All DAS participants should treat each other with respect, regardless of their views, religions, cultures and citizenship. Each participant must remember that we are here to create, not to destroy or oppose.
- Each DAS participant agrees that any majority decision, determined by a vote of the voting participants, is binding on him/her and all DAS participants, even if his/her personal opinion differs on certain issues. In case this is not the case, he undertakes to terminate his membership in DAS independently and voluntarily.
- Any information obtained by a DAS member in the course of communication with other members of the Community, while performing tasks (quests) or participating in other DAS activities may under no circumstances: may not be used by him/her against DAS or its members; must not be transferred to third parties or any organizations for use against DAS or its members; may not be accumulated, processed and structured by software without the consent of DAS.
- If a DAS member receives information that something or someone can harm DAS, an individual member or the activities of the community as a whole – he is obliged to immediately inform DAS about it.
- The activities of DAS participants, their actions and decisions should be aimed at achieving the goals of the Community and benefit to DAS to the extent that the participant can and wants to contribute to the development of the Community.
- Each DAS participant agrees that his/her activities and interaction with DAS, history of communication, tasks (quests), experience points, etc. are available for review by other participants of the Community.
- The DAS participant agrees that he/she accepts full responsibility for his/her decisions and activities in DAS and realizes that all opportunities, assets and technologies are also the result of responsible activity.
Each DAS participant acknowledges agreement to these rules for interaction within the Community.
